• Disposable vape pens: These are great for beginners looking for a hassle-free experience. They require no refills or maintenance – all you have to do is vape until it’s empty then dispose of it responsibly!
• Rechargeable vape pens: These pens have a rechargeable battery and a refillable tank. Refillable vape pens allow users to fill them with their preferred e-liquid, offering greater flexibility and customisation compared to disposable pens. These offer more vape customisation options than disposables and are generally considered more cost-effective over time.
• Variable power vape pens: Variable power pens allow you to adjust the wattage or voltage. These offer a more personalised inhale (including DTL, direct-to-lung vaping) so you can tighten the inhale or throw more vape clouds.

 Starter kits make it effortless for beginners to get started. Pen vape kits usually include:

• 1 × Vape pen mod. This is the main component that houses the battery and firing button
• 1 × Tank/pod. These components hold the e-liquid for vaping.
• 1 × Charging cable. All rechargeable vape pens come with a charging cable (usually a Type-C cable) so you can keep your battery full.
• 1 × User guide. A helpful manual to guide you through setup and usage.
• 1 × Extra coils/pods (optional). Some vape pens come with replacement coils that you can switch out to find your perfect inhale.

Some vape kits include a small sample of specialised e-liquid, so you can start vaping right away!

 You need to choose a vape pen that matches your needs & experience. Here’s a quick guide:

• Beginners should start with simple MTL pen vapes or a disposable pen. MTL vaping mimics the experience of smoking by drawing vapour into the mouth before inhaling it into the lungs, making it ideal for users seeking a discreet vaping experience. These devices have minimal buttons and come with pre-set power levels, offering any user a consistent, hassle-free vaping experience.
• Experienced vapers may prefer a rechargeable or refillable pen for convenience and cost-effectiveness. These pen kits usually have a longer battery life and customisable power settings for a more personalised vape.

 Vape pens are super simple to use, making them a great choice for vapers of all levels. These kits are usually fitted with single-button operation, so they require minimal setup. Just fill the tank with standard freebase e-liquids and nicotine salts. 

Just remember to let the e-liquid settle for a few minutes to settle inside the pod/tank before you start vaping to avoid burning out your coils!

 When choosing e-liquid for your vape kit you always consider the type of coil you’re using:

• Most vape pens are low-powered devices that are compatible with mouth-to-lung MTL vape coils with a higher resistance. This means they work well with 50/50 freebase liquids and nic salts. You can also use liquids with a higher PG (propylene glycol) for a tighter draw. These liquids will produce a smaller amount of vapour with a more cigarette-like inhale.

more advanced kits are compatible with DTL direct-to-lung vape coils with a lower resistance. If you're using vape pens with a coil resistance below 1.0 Ohm, we recommend you use a liquid with a higher VG (vegetable glycerin) ratio. Ideally look for a 70VG/30PG liquid—for smoother, thicker vape.

Booth Nic salts and Freebase e-liquid are ideal for vape pens.

• MTL vape pens can handle all varieties of nicotine strengths, so you have flexibility based on your needs.
• Since DTL vape pens produce more vapour you’d be better off with a low nicotine strength, (between 3mg or 6mg) for a smoother inhale.

However, over extended periods of time, vape pens are far more financially cost-effective than smoking. Just keep in mind the need for e-liquid refills and occasional coil replacements, too!

1. Clean your vape pen regularly: Use a soft cloth to wipe down the exterior of your vape pen, and a cotton swab to clean the mouthpiece and vape tank. This helps prevent residue build-up that can affect performance.
2. Check and replace the coil: The vape coil is a critical component that needs regular attention. Look for signs of wear and tear, and replace it every 1-2 weeks to maintain optimal flavour and vapour production.
3. Charge your vape pen correctly: Avoid overcharging your vape pen, as this can damage the battery life. Aim to charge your device when the battery is between 20-80% full to prolong its lifespan.
4. Store your vape pen properly: Keep your vape pen in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Proper storage can prevent damage and ensure your device is always ready for use.
